Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of order placement for retail items. Custom orders require a 50% deposit with the balance due upon completion.

Custom Orders

Custom cake and special order cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to charges. Design changes after production begins may incur additional fees.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery fees apply based on distance and order size. Pickup times must be scheduled in advance. Items not picked up within 24 hours of scheduled time may be subject to storage fees or disposal.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery to discuss resolution options.

Limitation of Liability
